the term skepchick it utterly stupid and misandrous. No one has ever heard of a skepdick. This is because if men made a little boys club that inherently excluded women by its name women would be outraged. But if women do it we are just supposed to think it is cute and harmless. By calling a group skepchick you are first excluding men and you are downgrading yourself because you think you need to make up a word that defines one gender as different. If you are a female and a skeptic you are no better nor worse than a male whom is a skeptic. It is not even as if women are thought of as less skeptical or more religious than men on average. The word solly exists to separate men and women and make a little feminist girl's group where women talk about men are pigs and just want to insult and rape women (Veronica Watson). Also, the point of skepticism is to be critical and encourage debate. By singling yourself off by using this divisive word you uninviting men from the debate grounds with you and retarding skeptical inquiry. There is no need for this word because there is no need to single yourselves off from men.
Women should not use the term skepchick and men should not use skepdick!
